A company’s success often hinges on the people who work there. Sure, you need a great product that solves a real problem for its users; but without a strong team of people behind it, a tool is just that—a tool.
In this installment of the CosmoLex Spotlight series, we get to know Chantel Gordon, a Client Services Representative who plays an integral role in helping our users get the most out of their CosmoLex experience.
CosmoLex Spotlight: Chantel Gordon
What is your role at CosmoLex?
I am Sr. Client Services Representative in the Technical Services Department. My role is to assist with product knowledge to other support team members when needed, as well as provide world-class customer service support.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Being able to provide product knowledge to our customers, especially new customers who are starting to use the program. Also, getting great customer feedback from customers who I have helped resolved issues for or answered any questions about the program. It’s a great feeling to know you made someone’s day by helping them with the program.
What makes CosmoLex a unique place to work?
The many different personalities of individuals working together towards a common goal to service our customers and the many different ways we help each other out in the different departments here.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to spend time with friends and family, I play drums and have jam sessions with friends of mine. I also like to go to music festivals.
Describe one interesting fact about yourself.
I am musically inclined. I can play five instruments (drums, guitar, bass guitar, piano, and violin).
What did you want to be when you were a little kid?
There wasn’t really anything I had in mind as to what I wanted to be when I was a little kid. I know in my teenage years I wanted to be a therapist or a psychologist.
